about

Eigenheimer is a dutch based and very talented musical producer. This man creates sounds between zen and agrezzien. His music is often improvised, live-recorded, experimental and lo-fi. This short album contains most surprising samples and hard hitting drums. If you want to use genre-names, we would like to label this: hardcore, melancholie and crunk. The titel of the album: “The Year Layman Pang Died” refers to the year 808. This number is also the type-number of the legendary Roland drumcomputer which Eigenheimer used the drum sounds from to make this music. This is the remastered version.
